Shipping

Items are processed and posted out within 3 business days after the order is placed (this does not include weekends and public holidays). This applies to items purchased outright. This does not apply to items purchased on payment plans.
Domestic shipping is processed with tracking, If you prefer an alternative courier service, please contact our us to arrange this. Further charges may apply..

International items are sent either via DHL, or FedEx depending on the item/destination.

Postage costs

Postage costs for a buyer: When completing an order, the amount paid by the buyer includes the product price, GST and shipping.

• Within Australia, the shipping costs per product is a rate of $15- $30.00 AUD. This includes the cost of signature on delivery. If multiple items are purchased, charges may apply depending on weight and dimensions of parcel. Insurance IS NOT covered by TDC, this is an extra expense to be made by the buyer.
• For all international shipping, the shipping costs are calculated based on the products dimensions and weight based on DHL shipping rates. This is calculated upon checkout.
