Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure the payment plan, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required within 24 hours of agreeing to purchase the item.

Weekly Payment Options: Our payment plan offers flexible weekly instalments based on the purchase amount:

$500: 4 equal weekly payments

$501-1000: 6 equal weekly payments

$1001-2000: 8 equal weekly payments

$2000+: 14 equal weekly payments

Commencement of Payment Plan: The payment plan will begin once the 20% deposit has been received.

Timely Instalment Payments: It is mandatory to make equal weekly instalment payments promptly as scheduled.

Item Delivery: The item(s) will be shipped (additional cost applies) once the full payment has been made.

No Refunds or Exchanges: Once the payment plan commences, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

Forfeiture of Payment Plan: Failure to finalize the payment plan by the due date will result in forfeiture of the payment plan, and the secured item will be lost.

Agreement and Security: The payment plan is a binding agreement between you (The Buyer) and The Designer Consigner. It ensures the security of the item until the final payment is made.

Timely Payments: All payments must be made on time to maintain the payment plan. Non-payment will result in the relisting of the item on our site, and any deposits or instalments made will be non-refundable.
